Terms & Conditions

We design, develop, and support digital products, platforms, and automation workflows for clients. Every engagement begins with a documented Statement of Work (SOW) that maps deliverables, timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria.

Clients must provide access to required environments, timely feedback, and decision-makers. Delays in approvals or content delivery can affect the project timeline and may trigger change requests.

Engagements are billed either as fixed-price milestones or time-and-materials with a retainer. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice by default unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at the prevailing RBI rate plus 2%.

Any request outside the agreed scope requires a written Change Order specifying the impact on effort, cost, and schedule. Both parties must approve Change Orders before additional work begins.

We treat all client information as confidential. We sign NDAs on request and expect the same professionalism from clients regarding our internal processes, non-public pricing, and technical details.

Clients receive exclusive rights to deliverables once all invoices for the related work are paid. We retain the right to reuse generalized frameworks, tools, or libraries as part of future projects.

Solutions ship with a 30-day warranty for bug fixes related to the delivered scope. Support beyond that window is handled via a separate maintenance agreement.

Except where prohibited by law, our liability is capped at the total fees paid for the impacted engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in courts in Kochi, though we welcome amicable resolution discussions.
